HAS ANYBODY NOTICED ?????

Has anybody noticed that atrocious state of our roads
in and around Skem? They are atrocious.
Each time the Authority responsible takes, the easy
and least expensive option. Whether it is value for
money, or not, does not come into it.

Furthermore, this same Authority will be responsible
for making a decision on extending the licence of
the White Moss landfill site.

The same Authority will be responsible for its safety.
Be scared - be very scared.

Not a good record havn't Lancashire County Council
in this neck of the woods - we are only on the periphery
of their plot, and they don't give two hoots about us.

Get your objections in early (even though the decision has
probably already been made)..........

Either that, or consider moving to Preston, Chorley, Leyland, or
some of their prime areas, that get the best of the services,
and very little of other Authorities waste.!!!!!!

For your information 'forever' - this is a serious
subject that should be considered by Skemmers.
Toxic waste could affect everyone in the locality.
