According to the Non League daily plans are underway for Portsmouth to start a new club in the Blue Square South. www.nonleaguedaily.com/news/index.php?&newsmode=FULL&nid=65234Just what will be the make-up of the Divisions next season Chester gone, (where will they start ?) as there isnt actually a Chester team, unlike Halifax who were demoted to NPL North. Kings Lynn Gone. Farsley more than likely gone, Weymouth much the same. Talk of Burscough applying for NW Counties. and already a gap without NB Star. How can you at the seasons end promote more clubs ?, the bottom teams will all get a reprive, including Durham who could finnish the season pointless and still not be relegated. No doubt the blazer brigade will come up with something that doesnt suit anybody !!!. Heres what Mike Averys site makes of it, as yet no relegation for Pompey !! www.mikeavery.co.uk/Steps%201-4%20in%202010-11.htm
