SUPPORTERS CLUB NEWS !!!!!!

As from now I have withdrawn from the role of Acting Chairman of the supporters club, (I was hoping when we got started someone with more knowledge than myself would come along and take over)
This is due to the fact that Fank has made it impossible to work with, culminating in him asking a series of questions of which I replied truthfully and honestly and was given a sharp reply that

"he will treat my mail with the contempt it deserves"

The Supporters Club were working to raise money for Skem Utd and Skem Utd alone but whatever I put forward to Frank it was always a negative response, maybe someone out there can come on board and work at getting the supporters club on the right track.

Its a bit difficult to try and get your point of view over when Frank has the roles
of Director of Football

Program co-ordinator
Web site administrator
Forum administrator

Match Day announcer

Freedom of speach is somewhat limited !!!

Dont get me completely wrong Frank has done a good job and will continue to do so but a supporters club needs to have a good relationship with Frank and unfortunatly WE dont see eye to eye

Shame that it appears doomed before it has started.
You may remember my e-mail to you in the initial stages,
where I advised the the Supporters Club be 'independent'.
In my opinion, it should have been used to make it
easier to support Skelmersdale United (ie organised travel
to away games; cheaper travel etc.....), then, and only when
there is a surplus in the kitty, help the Club out in the form
of player sponsorships.
As for your other comments, then there may be an
underlying reason why other like-minded supporters
have not yet joined the cause.

Although I agree with your sentiments SB2, The idea was to raise the profile of the club and more importantly raise funds for Skem Utd FC. In the process using the club facilities, which again helps the club.
Moving the Supporters Club away from Skem Utd didnt seem like a good thing but then again !!
